We’ve operated from the same Sanger office for over 35 years and continue to lead as the longest-standing CENTURY 21 franchise in Northern California.
With 20+ years in real estate, Greg D. Cheney has built a reputation for straight talk, steady execution, and deep community ties. Raised in the family-founded firm, he learned the business from the ground up—then expanded it with modern systems, stronger marketing, and disciplined deal support. Greg’s background spans Residential, Multi-Family, Farms & Ranches, Commercial, Industrial, and Investment sales. He also brings former REO experience, having represented major lenders like Wells Fargo and Chase on South Valley foreclosure assets. Under Greg’s leadership, our office remains one of the last full-time real estate teams in the Sanger area—a hands-on resource and a reliable partner for clients at every stage.
